Submission Guidelines
At this time we are not accepting Children's picture books or poetry.
Before submitting your manuscript please make sure it is at least 80,000 words in length.
Manuscripts should follow the preparation guidelines below which are standard for most national publishers.
We accept manuscripts that are formatted in Microsoft Word, WordPerfect or Rich Text Format.
Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
- Combine your manuscript into one file. Please do not submit separate files for each chapter
- Make sure the document is left-hand justified
- Only put hard returns at the end of a paragraph. (This is when you hit the “enter” key at the end of a line.)
- Double-Space your manuscript.
- Do not indent your paragraphs using tabs or spacing. Adding a hard return will indicate a new paragraph. You may set your processing program to automatically indent paragraphs
- Do not add in page numbers manually. You may set your processing program to do this for you.
- Do not use a hyphen to split a word at the end of a line.
- Enter a “page break” command at the end of a chapter.
- Be cautious not to add extra spaces in your manuscript.
